**All prices are monthly, unless notated “One Time Charge”**

 

Distribution of Excerpts: $15

          Manager will distribute excerpts twice a week, plus at PRP chat days at the various loops.

 

Blog Maintenance: $5 per month per blog

          Manager will maintain and update your blog once a week, or more if needed.

 

Blog Startup: $5 per blog

          One time fee, manager will start and set up blog of your choice

 

MySpace Maintence: $5-10 to be negotiated between manager and client for frequency and complexity

          Manager will update MySpace page monthly, seasonally, or every six months.

 

MySpace Startup: $20-25 one time fee for start up page to be negotiated between manager and client for complexity.

          One time fee, manager will start and set up MySpace page.

 

Contest: $10 per contest + Expenses

          Manager will research, plan, set up, and execute contests.  Client is responsible for S&H over $5

 

Chats: $3-5 to be negotiated between manager and client for frequency/ $10 no show fee unless emergency.

          Manager will schedule chats with no more that four loops per month unless otherwise specified by the client.

 

Yahoo group maintence: $5

          Manager will update and maintain yahoo group

 

Yahoo group startup: $5

          One time fee, manager will start and set up a yahoo group, first week of promotion free, promotion after that is $4 a month.

 

Book promotions: $5 or buy 2 get 2 free

          Backlist or upcoming, manager will build promotional flyers to send out to the loops for one month.

b.     Two to Five Frames: $15

c.      Five or More Frames: $20

2.     Bookmarks and Postcards: **Quantity 200** **All bookmarks and postcards are done through an outside vendor.  For more information please visit the vendors list on www.phoenixrisingpromotions.com **

a.     Single Sided: $40

b.     Double Sided w/ Black and White Back: $50

c.      Double sided with both sides full color: $70

3.     Book Covers:  **All book covers are done through an outside vendor.  For more information please visit the vendors list on www.phoenixrisingpromotions.com **

a.     Graphic Only: $40

b.     Graphic w/ author and Title: $55

4.     Excerpt Cards: **All excerpt cards are done through an outside vendor.  For more information please visit the vendors list on www.phoenixrisingpromotions.com **

a.     Tri-Fold Excerpt Card: $70

5.     Book Trailers: **These are done by an outside vendor.  For more information please visit the vendors list at www.phoenixrisingpromotions.com **

a.     First 2 minutes: $45

b.     Each additional minute: $15

6.     Website/word press design:

a.     Ask your manager for a quote from the PRP web mistress

7.     Book Signings: $10 a month

a.     Manager would have to spend time making phone calls and setting stuff up long distance.

8.     Press Kits for Print Books: $10 a month

a.     This would take a lot of time and phone calls, plus postage.

9.     Website Check: $5 a month

a.     Manager will go through author’s website to check for typos, broken links, navigation ease and suggestions.

10.            Review Request: $5 a month

a.     If publisher allows, manager will send review requests to applicable sites.

11.            Contest Research: $10 a month

a.     Manager will research contests for author to enter.

12.            Author Search: **manager will conduct a search on all available search engines for authors name**

a.     Straight report: $5 a month

                                     i.      Places where name comes up

b.     Detailed report: $10 a month

                                     i.      Verifying sites have permission to use material

13.            Manager assistance at book signings and Conventions:

a.     Subject to availability, speak with your manager.
